Mining Latent Research Groups within Institutions Using an Author-Topic Model

Research Administrators play an important role in promoting interdisciplinary research by managing research strategies and intellectual property. They can also contribute meaningfully to the planning and management of interdisciplinary studies. The aim of this study is to develop a support system that Research Administrators can use to identify latent research groups within an institution.
