摘要

The aim of the work is to find an optimal way for the synthesis and preparation of the perovskite solar cell based on CH_3NH_3PbI_3/PC_(61)BM - methylammonium lead iodide (CH_3NH_3PbI_3) and [6,6]-phenyl- C_(61)-butyric acid methyl ester (PC_(61)BM). The purpose of the project is to achieve the highest possible quality, most stable structures of synthesized materials and to build the long-term stable solar cells with high efficiency of photovoltaic conversion. The result of the experiment is 8 samples, which were further analyzed.
