摘要

The aim of this report is to assess a method of analysing intermediate foundation load test results with an open polygon, used for the purposes of pile design employing probabilistic calculations. This method of approximating measurement results ensures that the whole range of loading force will be free of areas with unphysical load-displacement relation, while employing elementary continuous functions like a parabola in ranges of low force values usually results in a relation of a decreasing and negative displacement for a growing load value.
