摘要

A self-start clock generator which can start to work under supply voltage less than 400mV is presented. The principle of operating of this circuit mostly cites the work of W. Jung in ISSCC 2014[1]. However Jung's circuit is to directly provide VDD to other circuits. The aim of this design is to test the possibility to make the circuit as a clock generator which can start by itself in ultra-low supply voltage. So that it will help the energy harvest system work in harsher conditions.
