Along with the socio-economic development and people's living standards constantly improving, demand for beverages and alcohol increases. Therefore the high-end industrial automatic filling equipment are also promoted. This paper designs and manufactures a liquid filling machine intelligent control system for automated production line of beer. This system is composed by HOLLSYS LM3106A PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and Hollyview industrial control configuration software and Shihlin SS22-023-0.75K inverter composition. We conducted energy dissipation test experiment and canned beer production experiment based on PID control. The experiment proves that the production efficiency of the system has improved the percent of 11.27. Energy consumption of the system has also reduced. So the system which has Advantage of high working efficiency and energy saving can be applied in production in the future.
