Risk Early Warning Index System in the Field of Public Safety in Big Data Era

摘要

With the speeding up of industrialization and urbanization in China, all kinds of contradiction between social development and the environment appears and outbreak frequency of all kinds of environmental emergency has increased dramatically. Through investigation and case analysis in the field of water pollution public safety event, event early warning index system is put forward, which carries out deep investigation in the early warning information generation, system integration and structure design of management system and puts forward the operational early warning index system. The proposed method has strong practical reference for the development of specific system.
