Scheduling and controller design problems of networked control systems subject to time-delay and communication constraints are considered in this paper. Firstly, the networked control system with time-delay is modeled as a discrete-switched system with uncertain parameters under the influence of communication sequence scheduling. Then via the average dwell time method of switched systems and Lyapunove functional, the exponential stability of the system is researched. Furthermore, based on LMI algorithm, the scheduling strategy and controller of the networked control system are co-designed and a state feedback control law design algorithm is proposed. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
