摘要

Container liner companies have paid very highly cost for empty containers repositioning. This paper researches the optimization of empty containers repositioning from the angle of reducing costs, and makes use of linear programming method, formulates relatively model for in and out of ports or transferring empty containers. The model is reasonable and useful to solve these issues of empty containers repositioning, and there is also a new quantitative analysis method for the problem of single product low price.
