摘要

Extending range of applications of powder and composite materials in all industrial sectors requires new methods of production as well as improvement of existing technologies. Jet molding is one of the most promising technologies for modernization. Al powders, along with traditional applications it is widely used in rocketry, medicine (artificial implants production), pyrotechnics (production of explosives). The main problems of production are associated with insufficient efficiency of existing equipment. E.g. the problem of reduction of gas flow rate as well as optimization of flow rate conditions is essential for the process of gas spraying of melts.
