Direct methods of power spectra estimations for radar reflections from rains near ground surface

摘要

The problem of power spectra estimations has been formulated and solved for radar reflections from moderate rains in mm band of electromagnetic waves near ground surface on the base experimental data. The direct classical methods of Bartlett and Welch periodograms have been used to find the main characteristics of the power spectra.
