摘要

Technology business incubator is established for fostering new business development by providing transfer of technology.For conducting incubation for each core competence of technology, prospective incubatees can be located far from the established incubator.For that reason incubator manager can utilize e-learning management system to conduct transfer of knowledge or technology.For utilizing an effective e-learning system, incubator provide blended learning consist of online knowledge transfer and offline knowledge transfer.Technology transfer process is influenced by technology level of incubatees as absorptive capacity and technology gap between incubatees as transferee and incubator as transferor.Our paper proposes the effective e-learning management system for technology incubator.We hypnotize that the technological progress will affect the e-learning management system set-up.We investigate the influence technology level and technology gap to elearning time period set-up both online and offline transfer of knowledge.Moreover, we identify the effective time period for conducting e-learning system regard to the success of technology transfer program and related to profit creation by the incubatees.By utilizing our model, incubator manager can set-up e-learning management system to overcome the distance between incubatees and incubator.Furthermore, incubator manager can ensure the success of technology transfer and enhancement of incubatees performance including incubatees profitability.
