Research on the Impact of Economic Democratization on Korean Chaebol Management

After realization of political democratization in South Korea, economic democratization has been on the agenda.However, neoliberalization becomes the main trend of South Korea economy because of the Asian crisis of 1997 and America sub-prime crisis in 2008.Neoliberalization brings polarization and unemployment, which causes the demands of economic democratization strong and growing.In response to the demands, with the left and the middle or the right, every party puts forward a series of concrete measures and key points of policies to realize the economic democratization, which includes regulations of chaebol model.To counter the involvement of government with economy, chaebol should push through reforms outside and inside.Only in this way, can they reduce the loss and find the future road.
