With the secondary circuit and relay protection which take part in protection, measurement and monitoring of primary equipment are also in the process of continuous optimization, so as one important signal which provides alarm information for operating personnel, accident total signal should draw the attention of professional personnel of relay protection. In one substation, protection cabinet of transformer compartment is configured by UR series L30 short lead protection device, operation box and 86 trip block relay of GE company; after the protection trips, 86 trip block relay takes action and cuts off the control circuit, but Positioning relay (HWJ)/(Jump relay) TWJ cannot act normally to feed back the location of circuit breaker, which results in the accident total signal always cannot be given out normally. This paper will carry out technical analysis on secondary circuit and come up with solution.
