摘要

In this paper, a waste heat recovery system (WHRS) including thermoelectric generator (TEG) and high step-up DC/DC converter is proposed for energy savings in marine applications. The main points of this paper are a thorough analysis of the chosen converter and depiction of the output characteristic curves. Furthermore, design considerations and simulation results are conducted for 1kW voltage step-up converter, taking into account its application in a real ship grid with DC bus.
