Field test of the Multi-Transportation Sharing Service Management System in Japan

摘要

The multi-transportation sharing service management system was developed in 2011. It is able to share diverse transportations such as cars (electric vehicle/gasoline car), electric motorcycles, electric bikes and bicycles and corresponds to one-way trip. The field test has been conducted in Kashiwa-no-ha, Kashiwa city and Nagareyama city, Chiba Prefecture, Japan. This paper analyzes the characteristics of registrants, users and usages (usage frequency, travel time, trip pattern, trip direction) using a year and a half of log data from this system.
