Development of a Wireless CO2 Sensor Module with a Package on Package Structure

摘要

We developed the CO2 sensor module with Package on Package (PoP) technology. The PoP structure can reduce the module size. The space between top and bottom substrates is used for the exhalation flow path replacement for tubing. We have realized the system of CO2 sensing in the exhaled breath and Realtime CO2 monitoring on a tablet by the module wireless function.
