Hydraulic Straightening Machines are applied in the Manufacturing field extensively. For different kind of products the straightening methods are disparate. Viewing research results from multi-sides, there are two main-streams: 1) Considering spring-back straightening method. 2) Assisting straightening method used digital modeling (for example, FEM, Finite Element Method). According to straightening technology characteristics of big steel beam, the intelligent method of self-study is put forward to assist straightening, and then realization mechanism of intelligent system is analyzed. For the purpose of realizing stability control on straightening quality, the process flow of intelligent system is designed. Finally, the implementation module of ensuring quality consistency is described, and the quality evaluation method is designed.
