Research on the Benign Interaction between Onshore Financial Openness and Offshore RMB Market Development

The research on the causal relationship between onshore financial openness and offshore Renminbi markets development is not only an attempt to the research gap, but also practically significant to the internationalization of Renminbi. Based on the previous literature, this thesis firstly analyzes the interaction mechanisms from the theoretical level. Then, econometric empirical analysis is used for the research on the mutual effects of the onshore financial Openness and the development level of offshore Renminbi market. Finally, corresponding suggestions are proposed.
