摘要

2wt%, 3wt% and 4wt% nano-Al2O3 was loaded into silicone rubber respectively. The dispersion of particles were observed by TEM, and analyzed by software Image J. With the increase of nano-Al2O3 content, both space charge accumulation and dissipation rate increase, carrier mobility decreases, trap depth increases. The results show that nano-Al2O3/ silicone rubber composite has more carrier trap than matrix material, and nano-Al2O3 fillers bring in deeper traps.
