In this paper, graphene nylon and graphene nylon wrapped yarn are applied to seamless knitted products, and the functional properties of graphene composite fiber seamless knitted fabrics are studied, which provides a reference for the popularization and development of graphene composite fiber seamless knitted fabrics. According to the seamless knitting technology, this paper sets up three influencing factors: veil materials, lining materials and weave structures. By using the orthogonal method, 9 pieces of graphene composite fiber seamless knitted fabric samples were weaved. Orthogonal analysis of the effect of three factors on the far-infrared, antistatic and anti-ultraviolet properties of fabrics is carried out.
