This paper does a specific research of remote sensing for bio-aerosols and a numerical simulation is also finished. Tyrosine and tryptophan, two main fluorescence components in the bio-aerosols, is used to establish a model for quantitative analysis of fluorescence spectra by Partial Least Squares. The results show the feasibility to establish a model for the two amino acids on a certain condition - using the preprocessing of smoothing, subtracting the dark response and subtracting constant operation and the extreme points are selected in 300-500nm together with the points in 300-400nm using a step 10nm. The fine accuracy is 94.1% for Tyrosine and 82.7% for tryptophan.
