Information Management and Target Searching in Massive Urban Video Based on Video-GIS

摘要

In this pager, the geographic information systems(GIS) was brought into the area of urban video surveillance. In order to integrate video stream into a data collection of image frames with their spatial attributes, a system composed of camera-oriented coordination, coordinate transformation, abstraction generation, semantic generation and graphics vectorization. On the basis of that, the video data can get dealt with by GIS, and 3D maps can be built for dynamic target searching and association analysis.
