摘要

The sustained growth of power peak load and the rapid development of intermittent energy pose new challenges to the regulation capability of the power system. As a complement to power generation regulation, flexible load regulation has become a hot spot at home and abroad. From the perspective of the flexible load involved in the regulation of grid operation, reviewed recent achievements at home and abroad in the flexible architecture of load regulation, and comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different scenarios applicable regulatory framework, then establish a flexible demand response load model. Combined with China's national conditions, it proposes a proposal for developing a flexible load control based on demand response.
