With the reform of economic system in our country, the internal and external environment of listed companies has great changes. The performance management pattern is also changing. Listed companies play an important role on our country's economy, so their performance management modes are significant. This paper, through analyzing the performance evaluation modes, constructs the performance evaluation index system Based on AHP-GRAP, has the companies performance ranking, and analyzes the result of the appraisal, proposes the new ideas about the performance evaluation for other listed companies.
