Tunable imaging systems using three-dimensional optofluidics

We consider recent advances in optofluidics technology which allow the realization of three-dimensional optical systems with excellent imaging properties. Individual and multiple tunable lenses; astigmatism-tunable optics; variable and rotatable prisms; tunable apertures; and an all-fluidic zoom system will be presented.
