Based on Grey Theory to predict development and construction of inland river shipping

Predicting the development of inland river shipping is the major macroeconomic research of the transport infrastructure. Using grey prediction theory method, GM (1,1) prediction model is established. This model forecasts the trend of carrying capacity of water transportation, inland waterways mileage, and high-grade waterways mileage in China. The prediction accuracy can reach 99%.
