The free leasing public bicycle is addition and extension of public transportation. For public bicycle traffic in Wuhan, the status is surveyed, and the characteristic of supply and demand, management mechanism, management information system and key problems of the public bicycle rental station are analyzed. Then the efficiency of public bicycle resource use is found to be influenced by bicycle resources dispensation and bicycle leased back in time as planned. Accordingly, the corresponding countermeasures are proposed, which includes the management mechanism, information system frame, and the achievement of dynamic balance between supply and demand by dispensing bicycle resources in time according to the change of supply and demand, and a dynamic resource distribution model among public bicycle rental stations is also established.
