摘要

The production of electromagnetic actuators is a complex procedure with a great number of potential influences on the process and hence the quality of the final product itself. The necessity for an in-line magnetic production system which allows an efficient monitoring of the magnetic properties of work pieces at different stages of the production process thus becomes apparent. This paper outlines the basic layout for such a test bench. This includes the description of the innovative 3D-Hall-sensor the system has been constructed around. The paper concludes with the analysis of a series of tests which have been conducted on different electromagnetic actuators. The mentioned analysis aimed to not only describe the magnetic properties of the examined specimens but also to illustrate some of the numerous possibilities for the graphical representation of the results. Lastly an outlook on possible future developments on the described test bench and on magnetic stray field measurement in general will be discussed.
