Research on the Influential Factors on the Innovation Performance of SMEs Alliance Networks

摘要

Based on the theories of firm network and knowledge acquisition, this study targets to build a concept model concerning the relationship among " SMEs alliance networks→knowledge acquisition→ innovation performance". This study collects data through the questionnaire survey of 187 SMEs in Zhejiang province, utilizing the Structural Equation Model (SEM) methodology to explore the relationship and conducting empirical study. The results show that: among the SMEs alliance networks, network structure, network relation, network governance have different effects on articulated Knowledge Acquistion and tacit Knowledge Acquistion of the alliance networks, thus there would be different implications to promote network innovation performance effectively.
