摘要

Although ferromagnetic/quantum dot nanoparticle has been applied in medical diagnosis and biological engineering, there is no report on a ferromagnetic/graphene oxide/CdTe QD/ SiO_2 mesoporous hybrid system and its cytocompatibility. In this work, CoFe_2O_4/graphene oxide/CdTe QD/SiO_2 mesoporous sandwich structure were synthesized in aqueous solution using hydrothermal and layer-by-layer methods and demonstrated enhanced drug loading and controllable drug release rate. This work could provide an biotic environmental-friendly and universal approach to fabricate graphene-based hybrid nanomaterials for medical diagnosis and biological engineering.
