Clonidine transdermal delivery system of electrospining nanofibers

摘要

A new type of clonidine-loaded nanofibrous mats were prepared by electrospinning. The primary result of clonidine release in vivo indicated that clonidine can be delivered smoothly. The EVAL electrospun fiber mats could have potential for controlled release of clonidine as transdermal delivery systems.
