A reconstructed human epidermis model of Han Chinese for the safety assessment of cosmetic products

Tecskin exhibits similar structure and barrier function to native skin. The first round testing result and the caculated predicability of TecSkin are acceptable. However, The different response to chemicals among human races may differ the test results and the underlying mechanism need further studies. The Tecskin model can be also used widely in other skin disease researches.
