The reliability analysis of the whole structure is becoming a hot spot recently. It's a hard problem due to the influence of many random factors. Usually, the influence of the construction error is not considered. But in this paper, the construction error is considered. According to the distribution rule of the construction error and the probability theory, the random distribution mode of the construction error is introduced. Based on the reliability theory, a reliability calculation method of suspend-dome is put forward by using the Monte Carlo simulation method. Using the finite element software ANSYS, a suspend-dome model with the span of 35. 4 m and the rise-span ratio of 1/7. 7 is analyzed. The results show that, with the construction error taken into account, the reliability of the structure will decrease. This paper can provide certain reference to the reliability research on the suspend-dome.
