Analysis of the Spalling of Unfired Composite Sliding Plate

摘要

The spalling of unfired composite sliding plate was analyzed from raw materials,mixing and pressing process.And the methods to avoid the spalling were proposed.Production experience proves that the properties and amount of flake graphite,phenolic resin,mixing process,deposited mixture,and pressing process are the main reasons which cause the spalling of unfired composite sliding plate.
