摘要

A new type of fused-cast AZS composite blocks with low thermal conductivity has been developed by manufacturing the sagger-shaped AZS blocks at first and then directly mosaicking the insulating material pieces into the blocks' hollows.It is shown that the crystalline phase control and the special casting technique will improve the castability and corrosion resistance of the hollow AZS blocks,and decrease the blocks' thermal conductivity simultaneously.The composite blocks served in the breast wall or regenerator's rear wall of glass furnace can be helpful to reach reduction of heat release,decrement of dead weight and profitability of the insulation due to their stable mosaic structure,lower volume weight and thermal conductivity.
