Proanthocyanidins and resveratrol content in ‘Jintian Huangjia seedless' grape was determined and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and colorimetric method.The results showed that a good linear correlation was found in the range of 0.01~0.35 mg/mL of proanthocyanidins,and there was a good liner at relationship between the peak area and the concentration of resveratrol in the range of 0.5~5 μg/mL.The content of proanthocyanidins in dry grape pip and dry grape skin,dry grape pulp were 30.09 mg/g,84.62 mg/g and 7.94 mg/g.The content of resveratrol in grape pulp is too little to be determined,and the content of resveratrol in dry grape pip and dry grape skin were 3.544 μg/g and 50.092 μg/g.The content of resveratrol and proanthocyanidins changed significantly in different parts.Especially grape skin and grape pip had more content than grape pulp.
