With the full study of industrial process control technology for thermal, chemical industry, the application process, the FCS system of biomass pyrolysis unit was development combined with the actual. Feeding system uses the weighing system of dynamic belt with an advanced embedded technology. The computing speed and accuracy, data processing compared with traditional electronic belt scale, information exchange, integration, reliability and stability will be greatly improved. The technology shall be constantly upgraded and vigorously promoted. According to the stability and temperature-drift existing in the filter circuit, the data access circuit of forward-channel in optimized design was studied in this paper. A kind of low-pass filter structure was designed effectively. The instrumentation-amplifier with stability-zero and 24 bits ADC converter with low noise and low temperature-drift was introduced in order to improve the weighing accuracy of the belt scales effectively through filtering the speed pulse signal by hardware filter. And improve the man-machine interface by using the touch screen and TFT LCD, Profibus-DP technology was introduced to realize belt scale in the bad environment of the dust, electromagnetic interference and noise etc, and with PC monitoring system for reliable communication in season and accurate. The experimentation shows design can meet a demand.
