Type division of karst rocky desertification and their controlling models in Dejiang County of Guizhou province

摘要

Karst rocky desertification of Guizhou province is the most serious in China, this paper is aimed at exploring division of karst rocky desertification and their controlling measurements, and will provide scientific basis for corresponding controlling plans on different types of Karst rocky desertification step by step. The author took Dejiang County of Guizhou province as an example which is located at the lower reaches of Wujiang where karst landforms are widely distributed, and soil erosion and rocky desertification are very serious. Based on the division standards of rocky desertification, this paper, through remote imagine (TM) analysis and field investigation, ascertained the current area of rocky desertification accounts to 70,693hm² (34.1% of the total area of Dejiang county), among them the area of light, middle, intensity, and extreme degree rocky desertification are separately 17.07%, 12.04%, 3.32%, 1.19% of the total area of Dejiang county explored distributed patterns of rocky desertification, put forward main four models for controlling land rocky desertification and corresponding proposals (countermeasures).
