SYNERGISTIC USE OF EXPERIMENT AND SURVEY FOR CROSS-LEVEL BEHAVIORAL OM RESEARCH

摘要

This paper presents and illustrates the synergistic use of experiment and survey research methods for cross-level behavioral research in Operations and Supply Chain Management, in which factors embedded in operations and supply chain systems interact with those inherent in human agents functioning in the systems in influencing the outcomes of the systems. We propose a generic framework and methodological steps in guiding the synergistic use of these two methods and illustrate its applications to cross-level analysis.
