The development of the high-speed railway brings the growth of talent demand and the change of characteristics, especially the demand for high-tech, innovative and versatile talents. At present, there are problems and shortcomings in the talent structure of the railway, which requires cooperation of three sides: the government, the railway industry and universities. To reform cultivating modes of creative talents is the core and key point of the construction of talent team in an era of high-speed railway.
