With the development of urbanization and industrialization, migrant workers are gradually becoming an important force that can facilitate the national economy construction and undertake the world's industrial transfer. It is imperative and promising to train migrant workers. This article investigated and analyzed migrant workers' demand in partial cities of Liaoning province and puts forward training program system for migrant workers based on the definition of migrant workers.
