Information Strategy for the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Cluster

摘要

With the development of economic, the SME cluster is emerged as a new shape of things. Now, it is an important way of promoting local economic and providing jobs. In this paper, the current status and problems of the SME cluster are analyzed detailed with the statistics got from questionnaires and interviews. And then, the major need of the SME cluster for information is concluded. There are some ideas about the strategy of the SME cluster are studied and proposed, such as information technology within a single enterprise, the cooperation between enterprises in the cluster network building and public information platform for structures of the SME cluster.
