Estimates, Analysis and Countermeasures Research of Scientific and Technological Progress's Contribution to Economic Growth in Shandong

According to statistical data from 2000 to 2009 in Shandong province, use the Solow growth model to quantitatively evaluate technological advances' contribution to economic growth. Results show that: Shandong's GDP grows continually; Funds is the predominant contribution to Shandong economic growth; Labor is the role of slim on Shandong economic growth; Technological advances' contribution to Shandong economic growth shakes large. According to the analysis of the results and Shandong province's actual situation, propose the measures for instance develop marine economy, increase science and technology investment, deepen technology cooperation, etc.
