Orientation in Developing Low Carbon City—From the Perspective of Efficient Buildings

Government and society has paid more and higher attention to the concept of low carbon city in the past ten years, especially after reached "Kyoto Protocol" in 1997. Efficient buildings with sustainable view are driving the development of low carbon city. The article analyses the current situation and demonstrate the reasonable cost scope of efficient buildings from the point of cost efficiency, lead the investors and consumers positively integrate into the development framework, insist on the confidence to change into a low carbon city.
