Risks and Countermeasures of Outward FDI of Chinese Enterprises

In recent years,along with the integration trend of China economy and the world economy growing,China has gradually become one popular target of transnational Foreign Direct Investment and Merger & Acquisitions. At present the transnational outward FDI and M&A of Chinese enterprises has formed certain scale,but there are also some obstacles,and outward FDI risk is increasingly prominent. The thesis will take up the analysis of development status and relevant risk of outward FDI of Chinese enterprises,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures,with the hope of benefiting our country enterprises and deepening of the reform of development in this respect.
