Government's Countermeasures to the Network Public Events in China

Network public events is a new and special form of the expression for the public events, it is accompanied with the network's beginning, development and the more powerful influence to reality. In the recent years, network public events continue to occur, and with its stronger scale and influence, it has brought great challenges to the government's administration. To cope with the network public events, the government should do lots of things. It's quite necessary for the government to speed up the political reform, promote the fairness and justice, change the management philosophy, make information public to actively respond to the network public voice, and improve the administrative accountability system to restrain and supervise the public power.
