The Psychological Characteristics of Female College Students and Education Management Strategies

Female college students are an important part of college students. When they are facing the employment pressure and the complex interpersonal relationships, they generally have psychological barriers. This paper summarizes the situation, the characteristics and the factors which affect the mental health of the female college students, and proposed some countermeasures to strengthen and improve the mental health education of them.
