It analyzed the current situation of Agricultural and forestry economic management specialty taking northeast agricultural university as example, and then analyzed the main problems: The specialty construction don't adapt to the further development of economy and society; Personnel training don't satisfy with the society needing; The construction of teaching team is still behind some developed university; The position and influence of the specialty is need to improve. At last it put up some suggestion: Establishing the talent training scheme with market needing; Condensing the direction on professional scientific research; Strengthening experiment teaching and practical teaching; Constructing the discipline platform.
