Research and Analysis on Specialized Qualities of Junior Male Volleyball Players in Liaoning Province

It is no doubt that specialized qualities highly influence the players' performance, techniques and tactics.Junior players play an important role in sport career; therefore, their future development depends on the level of specialized qualities a lot. This paper, applying to the methodologies of documentaries, interviewing, measurements and statistics, conducted research and analysis on specialized qualities of junior male volleyball players in LN province.It came into the conclusions that volleyball players' specialized qualities have a high correlation with their performance.Male volleyball players' specialized qualities are certain low in LN province and there has the deficiency of well-developed players as well.Meanwhile, the paper also indicated that there comes the tendency of inclination of male volleyball players' specialized qualities in LN province during the last three years.
