Research on Boosting Transformation and Upgrading of Traditional Industrial Enterprise via the Fusion of Informatization and Industrialization

The fusion of informatization and industrialization is one of important means which may speed up industry enterprise transforming and upgrading. This paper simply discusses the meaning of industrialization, informatization, and mutual fusion in the first instance. On the basis of fusion mode presentation, infrastructure recommendation of industry enterprise informatization is introduced in detail, as well as information ensuring system. In order to illustrate about the important role that the fusion of informatization and industrialization takes in the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprise, the experience of three companies are expatiated serving as typical case. Since the fusion of informatization and industrialization was ascended to the national strategy for economic progress, China has taken many new measures in relational strategy planning and leadership system adjusting, which would impact the future development of industry informatization importantly and deeply.
